Transparent and clean beer, with deep amber to copper color. The malts used confer herbal aromas reminiscent of black tea.
Its flavor is intense, of lightly toasted grain.
The proper measure of the quantities used for its brewing establish a perfect harmony between caramel, chocolate, and toasted malts.
Low hop aroma.
Clean and transparent, despite being unfiltered. Presents ivory and fluffy foam, with good retention, accompanied by medium/high carbonation naturally produced, without addition of carbon dioxide.
This beer complements grilled meat, vegetables of marine wet scents, burgers, fish with deep-sea flavor, and mustard and tomato sauces.
